Quest: Prompt Potion Runner

Prompt Potion Runner
Level 16	Undercity
Obtained at level 9	Horde
Bring the Unstable Potion to Doctor Martin Felben in the Apothecarium within the time limit.
Speak to Doctor Martin Felben: 0/1
You! Quickly, I need you to bring this potion across the slime canal to Doctor Martin Felben in the Apothecarium! It has a very limited shelf life, and no I can't go myself, my knees rattle and pop out if I attempt to run. Just another lovely side effect of undeath, apparently. But we're wasting time! Here, take this and go! <Alessandro makes a shooing motion.>
