In World of Warcraft: Forever, every character name is an opportunity to express yourself and establish your identity in Azeroth. With the addition of two names, players have more room to create something personal while keeping each full name unique within a region. That means you may still be able to use the same first name as another character, but your complete two-name combination is unique to you.
Create a Name of Your Own in WoW: Forever
tl;dr
Every character has two names, and the pair must be unique in your region, so a first name can be shared. Our story has the rules and the dates of Early Name Reservation.
