All you've got to do is step up on that ledge... then jump! Use your innate ability to walk on the air to slow your fall and see how far forward you can float.
The rules are made up and the points don't matter, but you get bonus points if you can land right in front of Rorian the Dayseeker and startle him! He won't like it but I'll certainly get a good laugh if you can get him all worked up! Hah!
