BLASTING POWDER - DANGER - DO NOT HANDLE - DANGER - QUARRYMASTER AUTHORIZATION ONLY - DANGER

You get a sinking feeling that the troggs shouldn't have this. It would be best to report this to the quarry sooner rather than later.
