Description

Seeking knowledge is the primary mandate of the High Order, but this work has never been more dangerous than it is now on Zephras.

One of our scholars--Fillion Flamebreeze--was en route to the Shen'dar Highlands to study the windborne magic that congregates in some areas there. Regrettably, he has not returned and we fear that something may have befallen him on the road.

If you can, please locate him for us. He was last seen on the road leading west from Valanaar towards Shen'dar Highlands.
