WoW Forever adds a title for six crafting professions, bought once for your whole account, and two for new centaur quest chains in Desolace. Here is every title and how to get it: the profession titles first, then the centaur clans, Master Angler and the PvP ranks.
Profession titles
Six crafting professions have a title, and each comes from a Certification that your faction's trade camp sells for 1,000 Merchant's Favor. The Alliance camp is Three Corners in Redridge Mountains, and the Horde's stands west of the Crossroads in the Barrens. Using a Certification takes 300 skill in its profession, and it unlocks the title for every character on your account. Each character shows the title only with 300 skill of its own, so a new alt can't wear your main's title until it has trained up.
The centaur clans
The Magram and the Gelkis, the rival centaur clans of Desolace, each give a title for the last quest of a chain. Both quests are called Khan Jehn: the Magram raise their dead khan, and the Gelkis send you to kill him. You earn a clan's standing by killing the other clan's centaurs. Each Khan Jehn needs Honored, and each title shows only while you are Exalted with its clan.
Orgrul gives the Magram's Khan Jehn at the end of a 13-step chain that opens with
Brutal Politics once you are Friendly. You raise the khan in a ritual in the tent by
the lake in the middle of Magram Village, and of the Magram unlocks for every
character on your account.
The Gelkis chain is three steps. Nerlokh gives their Khan Jehn, you kill
Khan Jehn in Magram Village, and Uthek the Wise in Gelkis Village takes
the quest back. Of the Gelkis unlocks for that character only.
Master Angler
Master Angler goes to the winner of the week's
Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza: the first angler to turn in 40
Speckled Tastyfish to Riggle Bassbait, with the
quest Master Angler. The win's Master Angler! effect carries the title for as long as
it lasts, and the quest pays one of two prizes.

Three new Tip the Scales quests, such as Tip the Scales - Keefer's Angelfish, trade
a rare fish for 3 Speckled Tastyfish each, so a lucky catch brings you closer to the 40.
PvP ranks
Every PvP rank is a title, from Private and Scout at rank 1 to Grand Marshal and High Warlord at rank 14. Battlegrounds and PvP quests pay the Rank Points you climb with, under a cap that rises each week, and ranks 3, 7, 10, 13 and 14 also earn a Legacy Point each. Bloodsail Admiral and the Nightclaw
Two titles are in the game with no known way to earn them. Bloodsail Admiral shows while you stay in good standing with the Bloodsail Buccaneers, and of the Nightclaw shares its name with the Nightclaw Druids of Shadowgale Forest.
